Return Policy Home We are happy to exchange any item, or accept any return, whether you are the original purchaser or the recipient of a gift. Please read the following information: Full Refund We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item (sorry, shipping is not refundable) when the item is returned to us within 30 days after the purchase was made, the item is unworn and in new condition. Please ensure that the package you choose to return the item in is the proper form of packaging to protect the item from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. Used goods are NOT RETURNABLE and will be returned to the customer. We will not accept used goods for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect and this must be done within 30 days from order date. Upon inspection after receiving the return, credit will be given for the full amount of the item(s). Custom/Personalized Items No refund/exchange for special order items/custom made items. We will not accept returns of monogrammed/personalized goods for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect. Only in case of our mistake/defect, we will refund the full amount We can only credit the credit card used by the original purchaser for any returns or for any differences in purchase price from exchange. We do not give refunds in cash or check, and we do not credit a different credit card. If you have received a gift, you may return it for store credit.
